Do I have to come to the office for a meeting?
No. We prefer to meet face to face the first time, but it isn't required; we do exactly the same work over a screen share. With brands abroad and outside Istanbul we work entirely remotely.
Is the first meeting chargeable?
It isn't. In a 30-minute call we share the screen and mark, live, the points where your site and your ad account are losing money. That list stays with you whether or not we work together.
How quickly do you come back to us?
Two hours on average during working hours. Messages that arrive at the weekend or out of hours get a reply the next working morning.
Can I take just one service?
Yes. You don't have to take all five modules; you can start with one and add the rest later. There's no 12-month lock-in on management services — you can stop at the end of any month.
