Cookie Policy

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. In this notice, "cookie" also covers similar technologies such as the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). General information on how we process personal data is in our Privacy Notice.

2. Strictly necessary and functional (no consent needed)

Our site does not set cookies from its own domain. The browser's local storage is used so that the site and the chat assistant work. This information stays in your browser only and is not used for advertising or tracking.

• tm_cerez: Remembers your choice in the cookie banner (accept or decline) so the banner does not reappear on every page. Duration: until you delete it.
• asistan.* (local storage): Remembers your ongoing conversation with the chat assistant, your consent choice for the assistant, and its language and display settings. Duration: until you delete it.
• asistan.* (session storage): Temporary settings such as whether the assistant window is open and the reply mode. Duration: deleted when you close the tab.

Legal basis: providing the service you request and our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK Art. 5/2).

3. Measurement and advertising cookies (only with your consent)

We use the tools below to measure whether our ads work. They set no cookies and send no measurements until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, the site works the same.

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) · cookies: _ga, _ga_<id>. Measures visits and which pages lead to a form, WhatsApp or phone enquiry. Duration: 2 years.
• Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc., USA) · cookies: _fbp, _fbc. Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads. Duration: 3 months.

Events measured: form submission, clicks on the WhatsApp link, clicks on the phone link. The name, phone number or message you type in a form is not sent to these tools.

Legal basis and transfers: these cookies rely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). Google and Meta may process data on servers outside Turkey, including in the USA; this transfer also relies on the explicit consent you give in the cookie banner (KVKK Art. 9).

4. Third-party content: Google Maps

The office map on our contact page is provided by Google. When the map loads, Google may use its own cookies, which we do not control. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

5. How to change your choice

• You can change your cookie banner choice at any time: Change my cookie preference
• You can withdraw your consent for the chat assistant from the assistant's menu.
• You can delete or block this site's cookies and stored data under "Cookies and site data" in your browser settings.
• To turn off Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
