Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we at TasarımMania explain in this notice, as data controller, for what purpose and by what method we process your personal data, and what your rights are.

1. Data Controller

Within the scope of this notice, your personal data is processed as data controller by TasarımMania (Zeytinlik Mah. Pancar Sk. No:19-11, Bakırköy / İstanbul), within the scope and on the terms explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

When you contact us through the quote form or the contact form on our website, or by WhatsApp or telephone, the following personal data may be processed:

  • Identity data: first name, surname
  • Contact data: telephone number, email address
  • Request and transaction data: the service you are interested in, the scope of the project, the budget range, and any other information you share on the form or in conversation

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes of assessing your request, preparing a quotation suited to you, contacting you, informing you about the services we offer and, where one exists, performing the contractual relationship established between us. Your data is not used for bulk marketing communications (SMS, email newsletters and the like) other than with your explicit consent or at your request.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation or it is necessary for the performance of the service (for example, the providers supplying our form and email infrastructure); it is not transferred abroad.

5. Method of Collection and Lawful Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically, transmitted directly by you through the forms on our website, through WhatsApp or telephone conversations, or by email. Under Article 5/2 of KVKK, the processing rests on the ground that it is directly related to the assessment of your request and to the establishment or performance of a contract and, in cases where your explicit consent has been given, on that explicit consent.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to apply to us and: to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties within Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request its erasure or destruction within the conditions laid down in KVKK; to request that those operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result arising to your detriment through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for the loss should you suffer loss as a result of unlawful processing.

7. How to Make an Application

To exercise the rights above, you can send us your request, together with information identifying you, through the contact channels below. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and, depending on its nature, within 30 days at the latest.
